The Guitarlele!

A rather new invention is the Guitarlele! The size of a baritone uke but with 6 ----SIX!!!!--- strings, and tuned in the range of a regular tenor with two lower strings added like a guitar capoed at the 5th fret.

The tuning is low to high : A,D,G,C,E,A,. Do you recognize the the normal G,C,E,A, of the standard uke tuning?

This instrument is often used by guitar players to create guitar-like music at a higher pitch with the convenience and portability of a uke.

Bounty Music has guitarleles from less expensive commercial manufacturers to high end exquisite hand made Hawaiian guitarleles like KoAloha.
